1What happens after i order?
Once you place an order, it will be logged into our system automatically. We will use the contact information that you provided when checking out to contact you before signing in to your account. The best method to contact you is via email! Contact by Text > Contact by Email > Contact directly to your Gamertag/PSN. The point here is that while you enjoy a game, we don't want to sign you out of your account. We go straight to business once we are on your account and complete whatever service you purchased. When we're done, we'll notify you using the same methods of contact and send a completion email.
2How quickly will my order be completed?
Within 24 hours of payment, we try our best to complete all orders. Some services may take longer to reach such as D1 raids or other services that are less popular. We also occasionally get a high volume of new service orders that may slow down our completion times. First come first served, all orders are completed.
3I made a mistake on my order. Can I update the information
You can update your order by sending email too: admin@bestdestinyservices.com if you made your purchase while logged into your account. or you can use our website livechat and provide your order number and updated information if you checked out as a guest. You can do this by contacting our website livechat if you want to make an equal exchange with another service.
4How do i know you wont mess with my account
We take very seriously the security of your account. Our partners are trusted players who work for Best Destiny Services exclusively. Our reputation means everything to us and for our customers we have safely carried out thousands of account recoveries. We fully understand that in order to let a stranger on your account, there is a amount of trust that needs to be given. We strongly suggest that you look at our feedback if you're concerned! We would also recommend that you change your password to something temporary and change it once we complete your service. Our team has a strict policy not to modify any of the general settings of your PSN / Gamertags. It won't infuse your weapons and armor into any other gear. We may use an Item Manager (such as DIM or Ishtar Commander) to move items around or put things to make space in the vault. We can also change the settings of the controller.
5Why didn't I get an email receipt?
Some email services like Hotmail often put our emails in the folder of Junk / Spam. Please check for important order updates to get our emails. You should get us and Paypal an email.
6Which payment methods do you offer?
Paypal is accepted. You don't have to have an account with Paypal. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and several other cards are accepted by Paypal.
7Can I play on my account while you are doing account recovery?
No. At one time, only one person can be signed into an account. We're going to get signed out if you sign on. If we do a flawless Nine Trials and get signed it's going to count as a loss and we'll have to restart your card.
